Mythic and Big Chillin retained their spot in the league while Triton and Villainous earned promotion from ESEA Advanced.

Mythic, Big Chillin, Triton, and Villainous have earned spots in ESEA Premier Season 38 North America after surviving the double-elimination Relegation bracket.

After receiving a forfeit win from CRONEM - who went on to forfeit the tournament as they were unable to field a complete lineup - Triton prevailed in an intense three-map affair over Mythic, in which the heroics of McKinley "⁠Cyrix⁠" Hollison were key in powering a comeback from a 3-12 deficit on Dust2 to edge out the series win.

Mythic were able to recover from the loss in their subsequent lower bracket match, where they took down X13 to retain their spot in Premier for Season 38.

Big Chillin, who had dismantled X13 in their opening match, were the other team to advance through the upper bracket, conceding a 2-16 loss on Inferno to Villainous before edging out wins on Dust2 and Ancient to take the series.

After being cast down to the lower bracket, Villainous replicated their result from the playoffs of Advanced Season 37, beating Coldest Riders in the final match-up of Relegation to earn promotion. However, with ChocoCheck's future uncertain, a decider match between X13 and Coldest Riders could still take place, offering both teams a last chance at salvation.
